Where: Downtown Pueblo lot across from Brues Alehouse (120 Riverwalk Place, Pueblo CO, 81003). Access the concert via the lot entrance on Alan Hamel ave.
Food & Drink: Local food trucks will be on-site and beverages will be for sale benefiting Red Creek Volunteer Fire & Rescue.
Who: The concert at Grassroots Gravel is open to all. This experience is about showing up for each other. Be cool. Be kind. Have a great time.
Parking: We suggest parking in one of the downtown garages right along Main Street. See map at bottom of this page.
The Bands
2MX2
2MX2 is a seven piece bilingual alterNATIVE rock, hip hop, and Latin fusion band based in Denver, Colorado, fronted by Lolita, O1, and Juice. Blending English, Spanish, and Spanglish lyrics with a sound often described as Rage Against the Machine meets Bad Bunny, 2MX2 brings the same welcoming, community built energy to the stage that defines Grassroots Gravel: an event for everyone, powered by grit and heart.
The band was mentored by Ricky Muñoz of Intocable and Roberto Guadarrama of Los Bukis through México Canta, a binational contest promoting music for peace and love, where 2MX2 made the finals among 115,000 applicants. The finals took the band to Mexico City, where Lolita performed in front of Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, fulfilling a dream for her and her family. Since forming, 2MX2 has also earned recognition from Colorado Sound 105.5, NPR Indie 102.3, NPR World Cafe, PBS Sounds on 29th, TEDx Mile High, and NIVA's The List.
Southern Colorado runs deep in the band's story. Back when it was just O1, Juice, and Lola, their very first tour date was in Beulah, opening for the Flobots. That night sparked a relationship with Flobots drummer Kenny O, who three years later joined 2MX2 as the band's own drummer, a bond that helped shape who the band is today. Their latest album, Si Se Puede, released in 2026, continues that mission of bridging cultures and communities through music, from the stage to the streets and dirt roads of Pueblo and beyond.
The Hardly Nevers
Southern Colorado band The Hardly Nevers capture the angsty daydreams of 90's latchkey kids with a pop-grunge sensibility, turning sticky floor diary entries into swelling basement sounds.
Fronted by the syrupy sweet vocals and fuzzy electric guitar of Chela Lujan, the band is driven by Charlie Hayden's melodic bass riffs and Tim Kelley's breaking heart-beats. Inaiah Lujan tops it all off with big second guitar energy.
The Hardly Nevers are a wave. They pull you in and spit you back out.

Basic Parking Map:
Park in one of the garages or use street parking or public lots. DO NOT use private business parking lots to park for the festival. There is not parking at the festival venue…we’re filling that whole lot with a party, y’all.
