We believe cycling and event experiences should be accessible and welcoming regardless of anyone’s identity, pace, or financial situation. Our Ride Together Grant provides an opportunity for Grassroots Gravel registration & travel expense support as well as equipment support from our partners.
How it works
Apply for the Ride Together Grant using the application at the bottom of this page. Following selection and notification, our team will work with each awardee to determine how our team, our partners, or the community may support their goals.
Registrations
Awardees will receive free registration for the Grassroots Gravel course of their choice
Expense stipends
Awardees will receive an expense stipend to support travel, lodging, equipment, or other needs
Equipment & Nutrition Support from our partners
Awardees will receive equipment support from our partners based on need and availability.
Who should apply
The Ride Together Grant exists so we can all enjoy this event and riding, regardless of financial situation. Folks who are out there riding and want to be here with us in October but can’t make the budget happen should apply. Folks who are putting miles in the saddle and can’t make important equipment and bike updates because of financial barriers should apply. Everyone’s got their own situation. We want cycling to be accessible to everyone, and we want everyone to feel welcome out there. If this sounds useful to you…apply! And keep riding.

How it’s funded
The Ride Together Grant is funded directly from our operating budget and equipment support is provided by our partners. Because we believe in the power of riding together and reaching new milestones. For everyone.
